A commercial real estate client is looking for a property manager to join their team in Beverly Hills. The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of assigned commercial properties and for overseeing accounts receivable functions related to tenant billing and collections. This role ensures that properties are well maintained, tenant relationships are managed professionally, and that all rent and other charges are billed and collected accurately and on time.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of commercial property management experience preferred.
- Experience managing accounts receivable and tenant billing.
- Strong understanding of commercial leases and operating expense reconciliations.
- Experience with property management software (Yardi required).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities - Property Management & Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants and respond to tenant requests, maintenance issues, and operational concerns.
- Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects with vendors and contractors.
- Manage vendor contracts, including janitorial, landscaping, HVAC, security, and other building services.
- Conduct routine property inspections to ensure the property is maintained in accordance with company standards and lease obligations.
- Assist with tenant move-ins, move-outs, and suite turnovers.
- Accounts Receivable
- Monitor tenant accounts to ensure timely payment of rent and other charges.
- Follow up with tenants regarding past-due balances and initiate collection procedures when necessary.
- Maintain accurate tenant ledgers and ensure all charges and payments are properly recorded.
- Coordinate with the accounting department to reconcile accounts receivable balances.
- Provide ownership with regular aging reports and collection updates.
- Maintain accurate records of leases, amendments, insurance certificates, and tenant documentation.
- Tenant & Lease Administration
- Interpret lease terms and ensure compliance with lease obligations.
- Track critical lease dates including renewals, rent increases, and expirations.
- Communicate with tenants regarding building updates, construction projects, and operational matters.
